The printer's settings being offline is one of the reasons for the Lexmark Printer Offline problem, which stops the printer from printing. You must therefore switch from the online setting to an offline one. Make sure the USB connection is functioning properly by checking it twice. A wiring issue could make the printer unavailable. The printer won't function properly unless your drivers are regularly updated. You must, therefore, regularly update your driver. Look for hardware issues if the printer displays an offline error.
